SPF COMMUNITY CIRCLE FOR NFP ORGANIZATIONS
As the Stewart Park Festival organizing committee looks to Celebrating 35 Years of Harmony and Heart, we want to recognize the tremendous contributions of our not-for-profit (NFP) community partners.
In past years, we have offered free time in our Community Tent to not-for-profit organizations. This year we are inviting agencies to pitch a tent in our Community Circle, which is a one-day event to highlight all the good work you do for our communities. You will have free access to approximately 10,000 festival goers as well as opportunities to strengthen ties amongst like-minded agencies. As an added bonus, your information will be posted to our webpage and highlighted in our social media feeds.
This opportunity is presented, at no fee, to local NFP organizations that want to share the good news of the work you do. Organizations are encouraged to canvas for free memberships, give short talks about your story, or give-away merchandise.
Important note: Due to a Town of Perth By-Law, there can be no commercial activity within the borders of the park; therefore, participating organizations will not be allowed to sell raffle tickets, baked goods, or any other merchandise during this event. If your organization has merchandise to sell for fund raising purposes, please complete an Artisan Vendor application.
Details:
- Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm*
- Located within Stewart Park across the green bridge on the Wendy Laut Stage side.
- Not-for-profit organizations responsible for their own canopy, table/chairs. Set up and tear down assistance may be available from Festival volunteers.

COMMUNITY CIRCLE INSTRUCTIONS
- Complete the Community Circle Application form. The application may be completed online here, or you may download and print the form here.
- Please be sure to complete all parts of the application form. In particular, be sure to give a thorough description of your organization.
- Rates for Community Circle participants 2026. There is no charge for the use of the Stewart Park Festival Community Circle. However, time slots are limited.
- Applications are due by Friday, May 16, 2026.
- Hours of Operation: The Festival Marketplace hours of operation are as follows:
- Friday, July 18: 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm*
- Saturday, July 19: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm*
- Sunday, July 20: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm*
*or 30 minutes after the conclusion of the final performance on the Festival’s Main Stage.
