You will be contributing to your community and to your business’s presence in the community. 35 years ago, the first Stewart Park Festival began as a free, small town grass roots affair. Now, the festival draws well over 10,000 from all over Eastern Ontario and beyond thanks to great music in an idyllic setting, an inclusive “Admission by Donation” policy and that same relaxed grass roots atmosphere. Supported by over 130 volunteers, the local community and visitors alike gather for 3 days to enjoy music on 3 stages, food and crafts, children’s activities, a licensed venue, “After Hours” music and more. This is the Town’s premier summer event, showing off Perth’s warm generosity and its charming historic downtown, enticing visitors to return and explore.
Being a sponsor of the Stewart Park Festival brand offers benefits beyond promotion at the festival itself. To develop the audience and provide strategic value to sponsors, the festival has developed a balanced suite of promotional tools including website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Radio, print media and newsletter, all designed to engage, attract and inform potential attendees in the 3 months leading up to the festival. These channels provide significant opportunities for your business to be associated with supporting a well loved community event to a wide audience leading up to the festival. Located behind Town Hall, Stewart Park is Perth’s most distinctive landmark and home to the festival. Donated to the Town of Perth in 1947 by Mrs. Stewart, in memory of her husband, a condition of the gift was that admission could never be charged for entrance to the park or for any event held in the park. With its massive trees, meandering Tay River and picturesque spaces, it is the perfect location for the community to gather for a Festival!
