The Hospice Hub is a community-led initiative that provides comprehensive, compassionate, and integrated services to support anyone at end of life and bereavement, including their family and caregivers, wherever they call home.
We provide education, information, system navigation, and responsive, compassionate support services to allow people to live well with as much comfort as possible. The Hospice Hub booth will be primarily for visibility and awareness. However, we will also be selling raffle tickets for a quilt and little knitted and crocheted hearts.
Our services are provided to the client and their family at no charge. We are funded solely by donations and fundraising activities.
