FieldBlur is an indie rock band from Perth, Ontario, whose members include Kalil Bailey, and siblings Isaac and Oliver Matthews. Over the years, the group’s three members have developed musical chemistry that transcends genre. Pulling on influences from folk, funk, rock, and hip hop, FieldBlur’s original music is crafted organically from ideas that arise during freeform jam sessions, which are shaped into more structured and fleshed-out songs. This approach leads to an inspired sound which is unique to the trio. With three-part vocal harmonies and multi-instrumentalism, FieldBlur enjoys the challenge of creating a dynamic and expansive sound while limited to the facilities of three
musicians. The band is currently working on their first EP and is excited for a future of performing and recording music.
